Position: Disability Support Worker

Supportive Outreach Services delivers high-quality, person-centred support in a safe, flexible, and empowering environment. We’re looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our team.

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide in-home and community-based support to clients, helping them live more independently. Every day is different, and the role suits those with a genuine passion for making a difference.

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability across a 7-day roster

  • Experience preferred but not essential

  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to care

Requirements of the role include:

  • National Police Check

  • Cert III in Disability Care

  • Full Australian Driver’s License (with a reliable car).

  • First Aid Certificate

  • DHS Working with Children Clearance

  • DCSI screening check

  • NDIS Workers Module Certificate

  • Full Australian Driver’s License (with a reliable car).

  • Manual Handling Certificate

  • Commitment to undertake in-house training and professional development as required

Strong command of English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shift time
